THE HOBBIT
Bilbo
Baggins is a Hobbit. He lives in a comfortable hole in a sandbank, has curly hair
on his feet, and no worries. That is – until Gandalf the wizard visits him, and
introduces him to a company of dwarves. The dwarves are looking for a burglar
who can help them steal back their lost treasure from Smaug the dragon.
Despite
himself, Bilbo sets out on the adventure of a lifetime, during which he meets
trolls, goblins, and elves, nearly loses his life but finds a wonderful ring,
and takes part in the Battle of the Five Armies and the death of Smaug.
Also
available by J.R.R. Tolkien ISIS Audio Books: The Fellowship of the Ring; The
Two Towers; and The Return of the
King.
